This dynamic looking house features a large open living and dining space at the heart of a diagonally symmetrical wing-shaped plan. The main living space has a high ceiling, allowing the space to be lit by a bank of clerestory windows that sit above an open wrap-around verandah. The living space opens out to the verandah on two sides through large sliding doors, creating a close connection between inside and out. A second and slightly more intimate sitting area is able to be closed off from the other areas of the house, to shut away the noisier members of the family or potentially used as a fifth bedroom.
